SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 4 (SeeNews) – The International Court of Arbitration in Paris (ICC) has ruled that the Sofia Airport should pay the Kuwaiti consortium that built its new runaway $38 million (29.9 million euro) over the airport’s failure to provide timely access to the construction site, Bulgaria’s transport ministry confirmed on Wednesday.
